Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after the order is received.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive shipping/tracking information where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days after the order is received.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
